Oxy-Barr is a premium oxygen barrier coating grade under the Emulcee product line, engineered specifically for flexible packaging applications. It delivers exceptionally low Oxygen Transmission Rates (OTR) to protect sensitive products, while being fully sustainable, repulpable, and recyclable.
With Oxy-Barr, packaging manufacturers and brands can eliminate traditional multi-layer plastic structures, including aluminum layers, PVDC, and EVOH, and replace them with a single, eco-friendly coating that offers superior barrier performance without compromising on environmental responsibility.
